Problem: In 2020, we partnered with Amazon to provide healthcare solutions for their Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), aimed at improving retention, compliance, and cost savings. However, the long-term benefits of these offerings were not fully leveraged by the DSPs.
Solution: I revamped our outreach email campaign with a modern, engaging design to capture DSPs' attention and build trust by highlighting the value of healthcare solutions for employee retention and cost savings. Research from HSA America* shows that 90% of employees consider healthcare benefits the top perk, reinforcing the impact of offering these solutions.
